GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS

About the Journal

The journal is a peer-reviewed, multidisciplinary academic research journal that publishes original and high-quality scholarly work in the fields of Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences, Sciences, Commerce, Management, Education, and Interdisciplinary Studies.
The journal aims to promote ethical research practices, academic integrity, and scholarly dissemination at the national and international levels.

Publication Frequency

The journal is published biannually / quarterly (specify one) in online and/or print format.

Types of Manuscripts Accepted

The journal accepts the following categories of manuscripts:

• Original Research Articles

• Review Articles

• Conceptual / Theoretical Papers

• Case Studies

• Book Reviews (by invitation only)

Originality and Plagiarism Policy

• Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.

• All manuscripts undergo plagiarism screening using standard plagiarism detection software.

• The acceptable similarity index is below 15%, excluding references, bibliography, and commonly used expressions.

• Manuscripts exceeding the permissible limit will be rejected without peer review.

Peer Review Policy

• The journal follows a single-blind peer review process.

• Each manuscript is evaluated by a minimum of two subject experts.

• Review is based on originality, relevance, research methodology, clarity of presentation, and contribution to the discipline.

• Editorial decisions include:

  • Accepted

  • Accepted with Minor Revisions

  • Accepted with Major Revisions

  • Rejected

Ethics and Malpractice Statement

The journal strictly adheres to publication ethics and malpractice guidelines in accordance with international academic standards.

Author Responsibilities

• Ensure originality and proper citation of sources.

• Avoid plagiarism, data fabrication, and falsification.

• Declare conflicts of interest, if any.

Editorial Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of submissions.

• Ensure impartial review and editorial independence.

• Address ethical complaints and appeals transparently.

Manuscript Submission

• Manuscripts must be submitted in MS Word (.docx) format only.

• Submissions should be made through the official journal email / online submission system.

• A Declaration of Originality and Author Information Sheet must accompany the manuscript.

Manuscript Length

• Research Articles: 3,000–6,000 words

• Review Articles: 5,000–10,000 words

• Book Reviews: 1,000–2,000 words

Standard Typesetting and Formatting Guidelines

General Formatting

• Paper Size: A4

• Margins: 1 inch on all sides

• Font: Times New Roman

• Font Size: 12 pt

• Line Spacing: 1.5

• Alignment: Justified

• Paragraph Indentation: First line – 0.5 inch

• Page Numbers: Bottom center

Title Page

• Title of the Article:

  • 14 pt, Bold, Center aligned

• Author Name(s):

  • 12 pt, Center aligned

  • Academic titles should not be used

• Affiliation:

  • Department, Institution, City, Country

• Corresponding Author:

  • Email ID marked with an asterisk (*)

Abstract

• Word limit: 150–250 words

• Single paragraph

• Should clearly mention:

  • Objectives

  • Methodology

  • Key findings

  • Conclusion

• No citations should be included

Keywords

• Provide 4–6 keywords

• Separated by commas

• Placed immediately after the abstract

Structure of the Manuscript

Manuscripts should generally follow this structure:

1. Introduction

2. Review of Literature / Background

3. Objectives / Research Questions

4. Research Methodology

5. Analysis / Results

6. Discussion

7. Conclusion

8. Scope for Further Research (optional)

Headings and Sub-Headings

• Main headings: Bold

• Sub-headings: Bold Italic

• Avoid excessive sub-division

Tables and Figures

• Tables should be numbered and titled above the table.

• Figures should be numbered and captioned below the figure.

• Source must be acknowledged where applicable.

• Tables and figures should be referred to in the text.

Citation and Reference Style

Authors must follow one citation style consistently throughout the manuscript:

• MLA – Literature and Humanities

• APA – Social Sciences, Education, Psychology

• Chicago – History and Interdisciplinary Studies

• Vancouver – Sciences

References / Works Cited

• Start on a new page

• Alphabetical order

• Font size: 12 pt

• Hanging indent: 0.5 inch

• Only cited works should appear in the list

Footnotes

• Use footnotes sparingly

• Font size: 10 pt

Acknowledgement

Authors may acknowledge institutional, financial, or individual assistance, if any.

Declaration

All submissions must include a declaration stating that:

• The manuscript is original

• It has not been published or submitted elsewhere

• All authors approve the submission

Copyright and Licensing

• Authors retain copyright of their work.

• The journal reserves the right to publish the manuscript in print and electronic formats.

• Proper attribution will be given to the authors.

 Archiving and Accessibility

• The journal ensures long-term digital preservation of published articles.

• Published articles are accessible through the journal website.
